Calendar of Meetings and Important Dates

The Kona Paradise Property Owners Association will have its Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 29, 2025 in person at the Mapuna Road beach parking lot and virtually via zoom. Please make sure your email, and telephone contact information are correct in your Buildium account. Contact us if your mailing address is changed.
 

ATTENTION NEW OWNERS - Kona Paradise needs your email to grant you access to the resident center.  Please use the Contact Us page to send us a small note.

Invoices: Yearly invoices are emailed in January, should you not receive your invoice, login to your account at konaparadise.org with your email and click "email statement" or contact us and we can send you a duplicate.

Sunset Gathering with your Neighbors is on the 1st Sunday each month. Come join us at the Pebble Beach, Mapuna Rd South parking lot each month on the 1st Sunday 5:30 pm til 6:30 pm, or til whenever.  Hours based on Sunset time, will adjust for season. BYOB & pupus to share & a chair.
