CC&R Violations

Members, if you have an issue that needs assistance from the Board please log into your resident center and on the right side menu select "requests", "create requests" then select "general inquiry" .  By using this pathway you have the option of adding photos or attachments.

PLEASE be sure to note the following required items so we can properly evaluate the complaint: (You can copy and paste the below questions to help guide you or click here for a blank form.) 

1) House, lot # or location of violation (if auto involved Make/Model/Color: Plate # & State) 

2) Reference the specific CC&R Article# in question

3) If you have spoken with the Owner/Resident of House/Lot about this situation, please document the DATE & TIME   

4) What response did you get?

5) Summary of Violation: Please use a separate submission for each violation. Please explain how this is a violation. Please note any witnesses.

6) Do attach relevant photos.
